How can you be sure children won’t stray into the building site?

In the first six weeks Apex erected metal fencing secured with weights to create a physical division between the children and the site. This has been replaced by fixed white timber hoarding which is 8 feet high. Children will be able to see into the site through Perspex windows in the hoarding to watch changes over time.
