Mrs Young holds regular update sessions with staff to keep them informed of progress of the build and any new developments in terms of access to the site and navigating the children for instance to access the remaining field for their daily mile activity.
Governors have surveyed staff once so far to understand their feelings about the build and their experience of the disruption and will feedback on findings. Two more similar surveys are planned at key points in the next twelve months to check-in.
There is an open door policy for staff to discuss any concerns with their line manager and Mrs Young.
