The class have settled in to the first 2 weeks of Year 2 well. They have already been working extremely hard, striving to always try their best and showing the school values of caring, positive and inclusive. We have started all of our topics for this half term and the children have shown great enthusiasm for them all already. We have started looking at materials and their properties in science and we have discussed primary, secondary and complementary colours in art. We even created our own logos in RE and been using conjunctions in literacy whilst writing in the past tense. I look forward to sharing more amazing information with you all as the weeks go on.
