PSA
The St Peter s School Parent Staff Association (PSA) is a group of parents, carers and staff who work together to make our school an even better place for our children to learn and thrive.
Our aim is simple: to support the school community and enrich every child’s education.
We do this by:
- Building strong links between families, staff and the wider school community
- Organising events and activities that bring people together and raise funds
- Using those funds to provide equipment, resources and experiences that enhance learning and school life
Everyone involved in the PSA is a volunteer, giving their time and ideas to help the school — whether that’s organising an event, running a stall, baking a cake or simply lending a hand when needed.
If you’d like to get involved (in big or small ways) we’d love to hear from you! See below for ways to help or chat with your class representative.
This year (2025-26), we are working towards funding a brand new audio system for our school hall so that all our productions, from class assemblies to summer plays, can really shine. Watch this space for ways you can get involved.

Riverside Arms at the School Hall
When: Friday 1th November, 7.0-10.0pm
Where: School Hall
What: Riverside Arms returns to the School Hall. Serving up drinks and nibbles with only the best music (80s, 90s and 00s) in the background, bring your class social or maybe make it a date night while supporting our children s educational experience! In addition to our games, feel free to bring your own board/pub games.

Wreath Making Workshop
When: Wednesday 26th November, 7.0-10.0pm
Where: School Hall
What: Make your own festive wreath this holiday season alongside friends. All materials will be supplied and no previous experience expected! Drinks and nibbles will also be available to purchase.

Donation Day (for the Winter Fair) - also a Non-Uniform Day
When: Tuesday 2nd December, 8.0-9.00am
Where: Outside the KS2 building (close to the Buddy Bench)
What: Bring for donation:
- Toys/Games (new or good condition) for the pocket money shop
- Sweets/jar/filled jars for the Sweetie tombola - no chocolates or nuts please
- Wine/Beer/Fizz/Spirits/Non-alcoholic for the Bottle Tombola
- Donations for the Raffle
Winter Fair
When: Saturday 6th December, 12-2.0pm
Where: All over school
What: The highlight of the winter school term - the Winter Fair has a host of fun games, activities and delicious food and drinks to keep you and your kids going!

Our fundraising targets for the 2025/26 school year are:
- New laptops and iPads: achieved September 2025
- New audio system for the school hall
You don t need a reason to give to support the school community and enrich every child’s education.
PSA Lottery
The St Peter’s PSA Lottery is a fun way to support our work: Half the funds go to prizes for lucky winners each term and half goes towards funding equipment, resources, and opportunities for pupils.
How to join in:
1. Complete and submit the below Google form (linked)
2. Set up a Standing Order at your bank for £2.50 per number per month. Grandparents, parents of past pupils, staff and anyone affiliated with St Peter’s can join in the fun!
If you win, your winnings will be transferred to you via a bank transfer, and the winners announced in the school newsletter and/or over email.
