Our story this week: Mixed 

We read the story 'Mixed' by Arree Chung and used it to explore colour mixing. Some children took on the extra challenge of painting their own colour wheel! We then used the story to help us celebrate the similarities and differences we have between ourselves and our peers.

  Week beginning 5.10.2026

Our story this week: The three little pigs.

We looked at different materials. We explored painting with a Lego brick to create patterns. 

Then we explored the beginning of Autumn by painting leaves on the tree!

Week beginning: 28.9.2026

This week, we looked at our family photos and baby photos and read the book 'Once there were giants'. We made a picture frame from lolly sticks and drew our family inside.
