Trip to the River Ver

Linking with our Geography topic 'Rivers', we took a walk along the River Ver, starting outside the school and ending at the lakes at Verulamium Park.

In RE we have been looking at both Christianity and Judaism. Today, we explored Mezuzahs, we designed our own ones and created promises to put inside.

Inspired by Paul Cézanne, we created our own still life artwork. We investigated how complementary colours can be used to add depth and shadow, while experimenting with composition and different viewpoints to create interesting arrangements
