PSA

Welcome to the St Peter's School Parent Staff Association (PSA)

The St Peter's School Parent Staff Association (PSA) is a group of parents, carers and staff who work together to make our school an even better place for our children to learn and thrive.

Our aim is simple: to support the school community and enrich every child’s education.
We do this by:

  • Building strong links between families, staff and the wider school community
  • Organising events and activities that bring people together and raise funds
  • Using those funds to provide equipment, resources and experiences that enhance learning and school life

Everyone involved in the PSA is a volunteer, giving their time and ideas to help the school — whether that’s organising an event, running a stall, baking a cake or simply lending a hand when needed.

If you’d like to get involved (in big or small ways) we’d love to hear from you! See below for ways to help or chat with your class representative.

This year (25-26), we are working towards funding a brand new audio system for our school hall so that all our productions, from class assemblies to summer plays, can really shine. Watch this space for ways you can get involved.

St Peter's Stomp It! 2026: PSA Sponsored Event

Our sponsored walk/run challenge is back this year! Over the bank holiday weekend of Saturday 2nd - Monday 4th May 2026, we're challenging every pupil (and family) to get active and go as far as they can. Classes will compete to travel the furthest distance collectively. You only need to pick any 2 days out of the 3 to take part, so there is plenty of flexibility!

How to Take Part

  1. Get Moving. Walk, jog, run, dance, play football or jump on the trampoline! Every step counts towards your class total.
  2. Get Sponsored. Share your class page with family and friends and ask them to sponsor your child(ren). Don't forget to tick Gift Aid! Find your class sponsorship page here (under 'Our campaigns').
  3. Submit Results. Enter your child's total steps or distance using this form. You can submit steps OR distance in kilometres.

Prizes

  • Furthest distance: The class that travels the furthest wins 30 minutes of extra playtime during a school day!
  • Most sponsorship raised: The class that raises the most sponsorship also wins 30 minutes of extra playtime during a school day!
  • Participation certificate: Every pupil who submits their steps or distance will receive a certificate.
